Composite bonding is made of a versatile resin material. It is tooth-coloured and can be shade-matched to the teeth.

Composite bonding can be used to address a variety of minor cosmetic issues such as cracks, chips, and gaps in the mouth. It is often used in conjunction with other cosmetic and alignment treatments, such as after braces or aligners, as well as with teeth whitening.

During your appointment, we’ll first choose the resin that matches the rest of your teeth most effectively before gently roughening up the surface of the teeth in preparation for bonding.

With good care, including both at-home care and dental check-ups, composite bonding can last for 5-7 years.
